This includes rides, attractions, and other mechanical systems. The role ensures the safe and efficient operation of all mechanical assets in compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical equipment, especially amusement rides and park attractions. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the safe operation of rides. Identify and repair faults in mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and gear systems. Replace defective parts using hand tools and machines. Work closely with ride operators and other staff to report and fix mechanical issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Support the setup and dismantling of temporary rides or attractions as needed. Assist in emergency repairs and after-hours maintenance when required. Qualifications and Skills: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Fitting or relevant trade. Proven experience (3 years &above) as a Fitter in an industrial, mechanical, or amusement setting preferred. Good knowledge of mechanical systems, welding, and machine operations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Strong attention to detail and safety. Physical fitness and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Work Conditions: Exposure to outdoor environments and varying weather conditions. Physically demanding role requiring lifting, climbing, and prolonged standing. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

Proven expertise in customer handling and enhancing guest experiences. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with vendor management and regulatory compliance.
